Commission Status: Waitlist for 2024 Open

Applications through Google Forms (above), you will be contacted within 1 week if I take your commission.
My queue is typically in order of when I received the commission. Paid work is prioritized.
Terms of Service
Latest Update: March 20th, 2024
I. Right to Refuse
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I will only accept work I am confident I can deliver on. I do not work with minors.
II. Saving + Files
Please remember to save all files related to your commission, there is no guarantee I can recover them later. A .PSD with the combined layers will always be provided with VTuber model art. Uncombined .PSDs and .CMO3 files will be provided with a 25% fee if requested.
III. Payment
I do not accept payment until I am ready to start your commission. All payment will be settled through PayPal or Ko-Fi. (Square Pending) I do not start working until the minimum upfront charge is paid. We can discuss payment plans.
For Live2D: 50% payment is expected after I've reviewed and approved the .PSD I will be working with.
For Model Art: 50% payment is expected after the base sketch is finalized and approved.
IV. Changes and Adjustments
I allow unlimited changes during the sketch phase of every commission. You may ask for changes and adjustments after this phase but it may cost extra if the changes are large enough. Any change I bring up first (i.e. "I think I will actually change xyz" after sending wip) you will not be charged for. Any adjustments made after completion and/or delivery may cost extra.
V. A.I. Art and NFTs
My art will not be associated with AI or NFTs whatsoever. I will not accept any commissions related to crypto or artificial intelligence. I will not accept crypto as a form of payment. My art will not be used to teach an Artificial Intelligence.
VI. Commercial Usage
All of my emote, model, and Live2D commissions come with commercial rights for use online. (i.e. streaming, twitch rewards, branding, etc.) Anything that will be printed or sold will require a 50% fee. You may come back to ask for commercial printing right, the fee will be 50% of what you initially paid for the commission.
VII. Non-Disclosure Agreement
Due to the necessity of social media updating being essential to growth, there will be a 25% fee of the commissions final total for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). Due to the amount of time each commission takes, not being able to post the work can effect my reachability and this fee is to compensate that loss.
VIII. Refunds
I do not accept payment until the commission is ready to be worked on. After the first payment, you are only eligible to receive a partial refund based on where I am in the commission process. I do not do refunds after the commission has been completed and/or delivered.
NEW XI. Deadlines
As of March 2024, I will no longer be taking commissions with deadlines shorter than 6 months. 6 months from final payment will be the deadline for every commission going forward. I will not be accepting payment for rush fees either. Please understand I have a busy life online and offline and I have mental and physical conditions that prevent me from working long hours.
NEW X. Communication
I only respond to work related DMs during my working days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Please avoid double direct messaging me during my off days expecting a quicker response. DMs in general are very stressful to me and often cause me task paralysis, please understand that I am in general not a fast DMโer.
In addition, to help me out, please try to have long lists of notes in bulleted form. I have trouble reading blocks of text and often miss things.
XI. Credit
I must be credited in an easy to access place for any and all commissions. Please credit my any of my VTubing related socials (YuriUeharaVT) or my ToyHou.se (glassesprotag). This credit can be in a profile bio, carrd, or anything similar.
XII. Will Not Accept
I do not draw anything I deem against my morals. My art will not include homophobia, sexism, sexualized minors, lolis/shotas, anti-semitism, ableism, fatphobia, etc. My skills do not include detailed mecha or heavy armor and will not be accepting these commissions. I will not draw in another artist's style. I will not do fetish content that I am uncomfortable with, please feel free to ask since I will do NSFW.
XIII. Will Accept
I am most practiced in feminine presenting people with softer body types. I am ready and willing to attempt and accept any gender presentation, skin tone, or body type (including masculine, muscular, heavier set bodies, etc). I will draw Furry characters. I will work on NSFW VTuber models.
